Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Find Me Eats mobile application ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
Find Me Eats reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through updates within the App, and continued use of the App after modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
Find Me Eats ("we, " "our, " or "us") is a mobile application that allows users ("you, " "your, " "users") to locate, interact with, and order from food trucks. These Terms govern the relationship between you and Find Me Eats with respect to your use of the App.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to use the App.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing your name, email, and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse of the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Find Me Eats provides real-time geolocation services to display nearby food trucks. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your geolocation data to provide these services.
You have the ability to disable geolocation services through your device settings; however, this may limit certain features of the App.
You may browse food truck menus, place orders, and make payments through the App. Payment information is securely processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with the selected food truck vendor. All transactions are between you and the vendor, and Find Me Eats is not responsible for any disputes, including order fulfillment, food quality, pricing discrepancies, or delivery issues.
Food truck vendors can register with Find Me Eats to showcase their food trucks and menus. Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including menu details, pricing, and availability.
You may have the opportunity to submit user-generated content such as reviews, ratings, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Find Me Eats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App and its services.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms at our discretion.
Find Me Eats and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software. The App and its content are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Find Me Eats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Me Eats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Find Me Eats is not liable for any actions or omissions of food truck vendors, including the quality of food, order fulfillment, or adherence to food safety standards.
Find Me Eats provides the App on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption, error-free, or secure.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find Me Eats, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Both parties agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the App at our discretion for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App, and all provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law.
